Service Information

Check with the dealer where you purchased your Polk loudspeakers. Most dealers that sell our loudspeakers service Polk speakers. Or you can work with Polk Audio directly to obtain service. Call 1-800-377-7655 during normal US east coast business hours, Monday - Friday, or send us an email. In many cases we can send you the right part and you can replace the defective part using simple household tools. If you want to send us the entire speaker (as in the case of car or computer speakers), pack the speaker(s) in the original carton and ship to:

We will repair or replace the speaker generally within three business days (not including shipping time). You are responsible for the freight cost to us but we will pay for the freight charges back to you. If you do not have the original packing carton, call us for packing advice. Polk Audio is not responsible for shipping damage due to inadequate packaging.
